Tributary
Driggs, Idaho
- The need
- Driggs is growing fast, and the client wanted to support that growth with quality long-term rentals in town.
- What we built
- Six premium single-story Ridgelines. Each one is a 2 bed, 2 bath modular home at about 840 sq ft.
- The result
- The client came back in 2026 for six more. That makes 12 units total.
- Why it worked
- A repeat order. The same client is now building Phase 2.
Why they went modular
The goal was to get homes open for long-term renters in Teton Valley without waiting on a crew that might not show. Around Driggs, good trades are busy, expensive or simply hard to find, and every month a lot sits empty is a month without rent. With the Ridgelines built 95% in our Idaho Falls factory, the only thing the owner's team had to focus on was the site work.
How it went
Phase 1 was six single-story Ridgelines, each 2 bed and 2 bath, about 840 sq ft, set in July 2025.
What happened next
They came back. Phase 2 is six more Ridgelines, bringing Tributary to 12 homes. No build goes perfectly, and this one had its bumps like any project does. A client who returns for round two says more than anything we could write here.
