- Phase 1: 6 Ridgelines on modular basements. Phase 2: a custom duplex, also on modular basements.
- The result
- Phase 1 wrapped in 2025, and the custom duplex followed in 2026.
Why modular
Island Park's rental season is valuable, and crews who can take on a project out there are hard to come by. The owner wanted to open sooner, and building in our factory meant the site work was the only thing happening on site.
Basements, built in the factory too
Phase 1 was six Ridgelines, each on a modular basement: six upstairs modules and six basement modules. A basement adds living space on the same footprint, and it's built the same way as the rest of the home, indoors in Idaho Falls.
Round two, and maybe three
They came back for Phase 2, a custom duplex with two upstairs and two basement modules. They're already talking about more once they find the land.
