What you send us through the form

Your name, email, phone and company, and the details of your project: the state, town and ZIP, the plans you are interested in, the project type, unit count, timeline, whether you have land, and any notes.

With the form we also save the page you sent it from, the first page you visited on our site, the campaign tags in the link that brought you here (UTM source, medium and campaign), the plan and project pages you looked at, and your revenue calculator numbers if you used the calculator.

Why we use it

To answer you, send you the plans that fit your site, and work out what it takes to get started. We may also tell you about projects we build near you or with the plans you picked.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you send us in our customer system until you ask us to remove it. To have your information removed, email sales@mountainvalleyprefab.com.

Who sees it

Your details are emailed to our sales team and kept on our website and in our customer system, Pipedrive. Services that connect our website form to our customer system (such as Zapier) pass them from one to the other.

If your project is outside Utah, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming, or you ask about a panelized kit, we share your details with our sister company, Zip Kit Homes, so their team can help you.

We never sell your details.
