Why modular
In Sun Valley, housing is the hard part, especially for the people who keep the town safe. Local trades stay booked, the prices that come with them are steep, and the fire department needed homes for its crew. Building the Ridgelines in our factory took most of that pressure off. What was left on site came down to the foundation, utilities and set day.
What we built
Eight 2-bedroom Ridgelines, plus eight detached garages.
The result
The department was able to house its people. Firefighter housing is one of the clearest examples of what workforce housing is for: the people a town depends on, living in the town they serve.
