ABOUT US
Mountain Valley Prefab LLC is located in Idaho Falls ID. We started Mountain Valley Prefab in 2021 and have built over 25 prefab homes throughout Idaho.
We’ve recently completed projects for the Sun Valley fire department, Tributary in Victor ID, and Noble House Hotels in Victor ID. We’ve also completed projects in Driggs and Island Park ID.
THE OWNERS
Chris Jaussi
Chris has been involved in the construction industry for most of his life. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and MBA from Arizona State University.
After completing his education, Chris remained in the construction industry while also working in international business. He has worked and lived in both Brazil and Chile. Chris is passionate about highly-efficient, affordable design and lean building practices. He and his wife Jamie started Zip Kit Homes in 2011 as a DBA of Timberhawk Homes.
Dave Stoddard
Dave has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years. He started as a framer in St George UT and has framed over 500 homes. Dave has also been a project manager on 100+ homes. He has a vast knowledge of the construction industry and is hands-on involved in every project we do.
